All payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers. IQ Pro does not store full payment details, such as full card numbers or CVV codes. For record-keeping and compliance purposes, we may retain limited transaction data, such as:

  • Last 4 digits of the card number

  • Transaction date and time

  • Transaction ID

  • Payment provider reference

Additional notes

  • For security reasons, deletion requests must be sent from the email address linked to your account

  • If you have an active subscription, it will be automatically canceled as part of the deletion process

  • Some limited data may be retained only where legally required (e.g. accounting or fraud-prevention obligations)

We are committed to complying with applicable privacy regulations, including GDPR and other relevant data protection laws.

If you have any questions about this process, our support team will be happy to assist you.
