When you purchase an IQ Test Report or Certificate, you receive immediate access to a personalized digital product. Because these reports are generated and delivered instantly, they are generally considered "used" upon access and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Refund exceptions
While refunds are not available for accessed digital content in most cases, we may review one-time courtesy refunds in rare situations, for example:
- Duplicate charges caused by a technical issue
- Technical service failures when the product could not be accessed.
All exception requests are reviewed manually and may require supporting details (screenshots, receipts, etc.).

Important note about third-party fees
Refunds (if approved) apply only to the amount charged by IQ Pro. We can’t refund third-party fees from your bank or payment provider (for example, currency exchange or international transaction fees).
