Why was I charged a different amount than expected?

  • Updated

We understand unexpected charges can be frustrating. Below are the most common reasons the final amount may differ from what you expected.

1) Bank or currency conversion fees

Some banks and card providers add extra costs for international payments, such as:

  • currency conversion or exchange-rate adjustments
  • foreign transaction fees
  • processing fees

These charges come from your bank/payment provider and are outside of IQ Pro’s control.

2) Multiple purchases

In some cases, there may be more than one charge if you:

  • purchased more than one item (for example, an IQ Test Report add-on, more details check in Pricing)
  • completed more than one purchase on the platform
  • used a different email and purchased again (which can look like duplicates)

Tip: check your payment confirmation emails for a breakdown of what was purchased and when.

3) Subscription activation

Your subscription begins after the end of 7 day trial, unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of it.  Once active, recurring charges apply based on your plan.

Pricing and billing terms are presented before payment and on the Pricing page.

You can disable future renewals at any time via:

  • Account Settings: Manage your plan directly in your dashboard.
    * Your login and password are sent in a trial confirmation email from info@iqbooster.org to the registered email.

  • Customer Care: Contact our team for personalized assistance via request form or email info@iqpro.ai
