How to request a refund for IQ Booster subscription fee?

General Refund Policy

Under our Terms of Use, all purchases made through IQ Pro are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless required by applicable law or covered by a country-specific exception (see below).

When you subscribe, you gain immediate access to IQ Pro's digital services. Accessing your subscription — even partially — makes it non-refundable under our policy.

Country-Specific Refund Rules

Japan

Under the Consumer Contract Act, customers in Japan may request a full refund within 8 days of purchase, provided the service has not been accessed. Once the service has been accessed, or after 8 days have passed, refunds are no longer available.

South Korea

Under the Korean Electronic Commerce Act, customers in South Korea may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the service has not been used. Accessing any IQ Booster features constitutes "use" and makes the subscription non-refundable.

European Union

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal, provided the digital service has not been accessed. Once you begin accessing the service, the right of withdrawal is waived.

United States

Customers in the US may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the digital service has not been accessed.

Important: Third-Party Fees

If a refund is approved, it will apply only to the amount charged directly by IQ Pro. We are unable to refund any fees charged by your bank or payment provider, such as:

International transaction fees
