After completing your IQ test, your certificate and performance report (if purchased) are automatically sent to the email address you provided during registration. If you haven’t received them yet or need a copy again, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Check your inbox
Your results are usually sent within a few minutes after you finish the test from info@iqpro.ai. If you can’t see the email right away, try searching your inbox using keywords like “IQ test results” or “IQ Pro.”
Step 2: Check Spam, Junk, and Promotions
Sometimes automated emails are filtered incorrectly. Check the folders below depending on your email provider, and if you find the email, mark it as Not Spam (or move it to the Inbox) to make sure future messages arrive normally.
Gmail: Spam and Promotions
Yahoo / Outlook / other providers: Junk, Other, or Bulk
Step 3: Still can’t find it?
If your certificate didn’t arrive or you entered the wrong email address, contact IQ Pro Customer Care and we’ll help.

Please include this info in your request:
1) your full name,
2) the email you used during registration, the last 4 digits of your card (or PayPal email/transaction ID),
3) the approximate date and time you took the test.
Our team will verify your details and resend your certificate and performance report.
If you deleted the email by mistake, just reach out — we’ll gladly resend your results.
