I paid but didn’t receive my results

If you completed your purchase but didn’t receive your results, we can help you locate them and resend them if needed.

Step 1: Check your email

After payment, your IQ test results (and any related access details) are sent automatically to the email address you entered during the test.

  • Check your inbox, then review Spam / Promotions / Junk folders.

  • Tip: Try searching for keywords like “IQ results”, “report”, or “certificate.”

Still can’t find it?

Contact IQ Pro Customer Care, and we’ll verify your payment and resend your results.

Please include this info:
1) the email used during registration
2) the approximate date and time of purchase,
3) the last 4 digits of the card used or the PayPal transaction number,
4)  a screenshot or receipt (if available).
