I can’t open my IQ test certificate or report

If you received your IQ Pro certificate or performance report but can’t open the file, it’s usually because the document is in PDF format and needs a compatible PDF reader.

What you need

IQ Pro certificates and reports are delivered as PDF files. To open them, use a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) or your device’s built-in PDF viewer.

Quick tips to fix the issue

Make sure your PDF app is up to date, especially if you’re opening the file on a phone or tablet. If the file didn’t download correctly, try downloading the attachment again from the email. If it still won’t open in your current browser, try a different one, such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari, or download the file first and open it directly from your device.
